Hello to All, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Teacher (Massage Theory, Anatomy & Physiology, Reflexology, Thai Massage), A Reiki Master and Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500) with over 3000 hours of teaching over the last 14 years, a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) with over 2300 training hours and an Avid Energy Worker (20+ yrs. of experience).

I have been an approved provider with the Veterans Administration Community Care Program for more than two years and proudly serve the Veterans in my area to the best of my ability.

I am an NCBTMB certified Continuing Education Provider and work to meet all State Board rules with regard to my class material. I am approved with CE Broker - GA, FL, SC, NC and TN-Also-multiple other states that do not work through CE Broker.

I am certified in Thai Massage/Bodywork, Lymphatic Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc., and Reflexology (Face, Hands, Feet) Reiki and Chakra work. I have extensive experience in working with clients that have Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, upper and lower back pain, issues with neck/shoulders and limited ROM (Range of movement) Foot Neuropathy and balance issues. I implement Vibrational/Percussion techniques(when necessary) to keep discomfort at a minimum. I am a certified Reiki Master, certified in Healing Touch, Quantum Touch and I love working to bring the body, mind and spirit together--that is the focus of everything I am involved in-thus the interest in Yoga Asana, Functional Movement/Mobility, various energy healing modalities and Massage Therapy/Thai Bodywork.
