Each session follows a purposeful progression designed to prepare, stimulate, and reintegrate the feet into the body’s overall movement system:
1. Heated Stone Preparation
Warm stones are used to gently soften the tissues of the feet and lower legs, allowing muscles to relax and improving receptivity to deeper therapeutic work.
2. “Fluffing” Technique (Circulatory & Lymphatic Activation)
A rhythmic, upward stroke combining elements of effleurage and petrissage is applied toward the heart. This technique supports lymphatic flow and venous return, helping reduce stagnation and promote healthy fluid movement.
3. Foot Pumping (Circulatory Stimulation)
Targeted compression techniques are used to stimulate the venous plexus of the foot. This action supports circulation and encourages the natural production of nitric oxide, a key component in vascular health and blood flow.
4. Deep Vibrational Therapy
